Tree intervals (branched structure)

Procedure

1. Select trees.
2. Select Analysis>Branched Structure Analysis.
3. Click the Tree Interval tab.
4. Select a type (Axon | Dendrite | Apical Dendrite) and modify the bin size.
5. Click OK. A Tortuous distance report is generated.
